Notes: Martha McCollock/s 1748/49 Chester Co PA will mentions her son-in-law, William Betty; Martha-his wife and her daughter; George & Martha - two children of William Betty and Martha; and "other children." The will states "William Betty and his family in Virginia". I have not been able to find them in Virginia at that time. The next documented reference to them is George living in Hampshire Co VA (now WV) in 1782.
