By these presents I make this my last will
and testament.
- 1st After my Death I give to my Daughter Harriet I.
Pearson My Home including all Buildings thereon and about 35 acres of land
lying on the west Side of the public road leading from Orlean to Vernon
Mills, and adjoining the land of W G Davis and others.
- 2d I give to my son
Willis M. Pearson a tract of land containing 4-1/2 acres more or less,
adj. the land of J.M.Davis and the School House lot on one side and the
public Road in the west side.
- 3d My personalty I give to my Husband
Albert A. Pearson as long as he may live, and at his Death to be divided
equally between my Daughter Harriet and My son Willis Pearson.
I name as my executor W. G. Davis without Bond.
